What do you need?

No commitment — this just starts the conversation.

What You Actually Get

A site we build, host, and keep optimized — so you never touch it.

Most “realtor website” offers end the day the site goes live. This one starts there — the monthly fee buys the work that happens after launch.

Design & build

  • A site designed around your brand — not a stock theme with your headshot dropped into it
  • The pages agents actually need: home, about, listings, neighborhood guides, buyer and seller pages, contact
  • Mobile-first, because nearly all of your traffic arrives on a phone — and it loads in under two seconds
  • Your photography and video embedded properly, at full quality, instead of buried in a slider
  • Written for your voice, in your market, with your license and brokerage disclosures where they belong

Content & AI-assisted SEO

  • 4 or 8 new pages or posts every month on Growth or Authority — AI-drafted, human-reviewed, never auto-published
  • Local keyword targeting for your farm areas, price bands, and the searches buyers and sellers actually type
  • Neighborhood guides and buyer/seller explainers that answer real questions instead of padding word count
  • Technical SEO handled: titles, meta, schema, internal links, sitemaps, page speed, Search Console
  • Every page passes a Fair Housing review before it publishes — AI copy drifts into steering language, so a human checks it

Getting found & getting contacted

  • Google Business Profile set up and optimized, with monthly posts on Growth and Authority
  • Lead form that lands in your inbox the moment someone fills it out
  • Automated reply to every new lead so nobody waits on you (Growth and Authority)
  • Optional live IDX/MLS home search so buyers stay on your site instead of on a portal (Authority)
  • Call and lead tracking, so you can see which page produced the conversation (Authority)

Hosting, edits & reporting

  • Managed hosting, SSL, backups, and uptime monitoring — nothing for you to renew or patch
  • Content and photo swaps on request: message us and we make the edit, you never open a page builder
  • A monthly report in plain English: traffic, keyword positions, leads, and what we published
  • Google Analytics 4 and Search Console connected and read by us, not just installed
  • Month-to-month. No annual contract; $350 build fee on all plans

SEO results depend on your market, competition, and starting point, and build over time — typically several months. We optimize continuously but do not guarantee specific search rankings or lead volume, which no ethical provider can.

Demo Builds

Don’t take our word for it. Go use one.

Both of these are real, deployed sites — click in, scroll them, submit the forms. Neither is a client’s live site: we never hand out those links.

Sienna Vale and Jordan Avery are not real agents, and the testimonials on those sites are written samples. Your build is the same design work with your name, your market, and your listings.

Plans & Pricing

Three plans. The difference is how much we publish for you.

Every plan starts with the same one-time $350 build and design, then hosting and edits month-to-month. Launch is the site itself; Growth and Authority add the monthly SEO publishing. Cancel before any renewal.

One-time $350 build & design

Start with Authority

Prices are starting points for a typical single-agent site. The one-time $350 build & design fee applies to every plan — that is the work of designing and shipping the site, not a setup charge. IDX/MLS search carries its own MLS or vendor fee and requires your board’s approval.

How It Works

Live in 24 to 48 hours, and about an hour of your time.

  1. 01

    Kickoff call

    Hour 0 · about 30 minutes

We go through your market, your farm areas, who you compete with, and what you want the site to actually do. You send your logo, headshot, bio, and photos, and grant access to your domain and Google Business Profile. If you are on Authority, we start the IDX application the same day — your MLS board sets that clock, so it starts first.

  2. 02

    We build it

    Within 24 hours

Design, pages, copy, lead form, analytics, and Search Console — a complete, working site on a private link, not a mockup. On the content plans your first SEO piece gets drafted against a keyword brief for your area and then edited by a human, including the Fair Housing pass, before it goes anywhere near your site.

  3. 03

    You review, we launch

    24–48 hours

If the first draft is right, you are live the same day. If you want changes, you send them and we ship the revised site inside the next 24 hours — the pace is set by how fast you review, not by us. Then we point your domain, publish, and submit the site to Google. Total time from you: about an hour, start to finish.

  4. 04

    Every month after

    Ongoing · month-to-month

We publish your plan's pages and posts, tune local keyword targeting, keep the technical side clean, post to your Google Business Profile, and send a monthly report. IDX search switches on whenever your MLS board approves the application — that can take days or several weeks, and it is on their timeline, not ours.

Compared To Building It Yourself

The software is not the hard part. The next twelve months are.

What it costsRoughly $16–$49/mo, plus the hours you spend and any add-ons.Usually included in your split or fees.$350 one-time to design and build it, then $49–$499/mo, month-to-month, with the work included.

To be fair to them: Wix and Squarespace are genuinely good products, and a brokerage site beats no site at all. The honest difference here is not the software — it is whether anyone is doing the work after launch. If you enjoy building and maintaining your own site, build it and keep the money. This is for agents who know they never will.

Questions

The things agents ask us before signing.

What is the $350 for, and do I own the site?

The $350 is the design and build — a real person designing and shipping a finished site around your brand, which is the part a DIY builder leaves to you. You own your domain, your content, your photos, and your brand — during and after. The site itself is built and hosted on our platform, so the live site is part of the subscription rather than a folder of files you take with you. If you leave, we release your domain wherever you want it pointed and hand over your written content and images. The exact terms are in the month-to-month agreement, in writing, before you pay anything.

What happens if I cancel?

It is month-to-month, so you cancel before your next renewal and that is it — no term, no cancellation fee, no talking you out of it. Publishing and hosting run through the end of the month you have already paid for. Then we release your domain and send you your content.

Can I keep the domain I already have?

Yes. Keep it at whatever registrar you use now and just point it at us — one DNS change, usually a few minutes of work, and we walk you through it. If you do not have a domain yet, we will help you register one in your name, not ours. That matters: a domain registered in a vendor's name is the single most common way agents get stuck.

What is IDX, and do I actually need it?

IDX is the feed that puts live MLS listings and a working home search on your own site, so buyers browse with you instead of on a portal. It is included on Authority. It requires your MLS membership, an IDX application approved by your local board, and usually carries its own MLS or vendor fee. Approval timing belongs to the board — it can be a few days or several weeks. Your site launches first and IDX switches on when the board clears it. Plenty of agents do very well on content and neighborhood pages without it, so do not let it hold up your launch.

How long until I see SEO results?

Longer than any sales pitch will tell you. Local search builds over time — typically several months — and competitive terms take longer than long-tail neighborhood searches. What you can watch in the meantime is real: pages indexed, impressions in Search Console, and keyword positions moving, all in your monthly report. Anyone putting a date on a specific ranking is guessing.

Who actually writes the content?

A large language model writes the first draft against a keyword and market brief we build for your area. A human then edits every single piece before it publishes — for factual accuracy, for your voice, and against a Fair Housing checklist, because AI copy has a habit of drifting into language about who a neighborhood is “good for.” Nothing goes live unreviewed. That is also why the volume is 4 or 8 pages a month on Growth or Authority instead of hundreds: mass unreviewed AI content is exactly what search engines penalize.

Can you redesign the site I already have?

Yes — that is the “Redesign + SEO” option on the form. We rebuild it on our stack, carry over the pages that are already earning traffic, and set up redirects so you do not lose what you have built. If you would rather keep your site where it lives now, we will tell you plainly which technical fixes we can and cannot make from the outside before you commit to anything.

How much of my time does this take?

About an hour total: a 30-minute kickoff call, your photos and bio, and access to your domain and Google Business Profile. After that the clock is on us — the first draft is back within 24 hours, and how fast you review it is what decides whether you are live in 24 hours or 48. From then on it is a monthly report and the occasional message asking us to swap a photo or add a listing. You never log into a page builder.
