Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
What you enter in our quote, booking, and chat forms: your name, email, phone, and project details such as the property address, dates, and notes. With each request we also record the page you came from, any campaign tags or ad click IDs in the link, and your IP address.
To reply to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver shoots, and see which pages and ads bring in inquiries. Requests are saved in our lead database and emailed to our team.
Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics, and our own first-party tracker record the pages you view and what you click; Google Tag Manager also runs on every page. Our tracker notes your device type, screen size, and browser, keeps a session ID in your browser’s session storage, and saves a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself.
We use Google Ads conversion tags and the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform; the Meta Pixel records page views and quote requests. When you submit a form, we also report the request to Meta through its Conversions API. Your name, email, and phone number are hashed before they reach Meta, and are sent along with your IP address, browser type, and Meta’s cookie IDs. Google and Meta may set cookies or similar identifiers.
When you request a quote, an AI model (from xAI or OpenAI) drafts our first email reply from the details you submitted, and our team receives a copy. For some requests we also create a personalized proposal page showing your name and brokerage, at an unlisted link included in that email. The chat assistant on this site sends your messages to an AI provider (such as Anthropic, xAI, or OpenAI) to answer them; if you leave your contact details in the chat, the conversation is emailed to our team.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and deliver our services, including Vercel (hosting and web analytics), our managed Postgres database (lead and analytics storage), Resend (email delivery), Google and Meta (analytics and ad measurement), our ad-reporting service hosted on Railway (which hashes contact details before sending them to Meta), Upstash (chat rate-limiting by IP address), and the AI providers named above.
