Stop losing the lead that came in at 11 at night

An AI front desk that answers your calls, replies to every web lead in seconds, qualifies both, and hands you the ones worth your time. We run this on our own business — it's how we answer you.

Where's the leak?

No commitment — this just starts the conversation.

Submit this and watch your inbox. The reply that arrives in the next few seconds is written by our AI, not a template — that’s the product, answering you.

Where The Leads Go

The lead didn't go cold. It went unanswered.

Nobody loses a deal on purpose. You lose it in the twenty minutes you were inside a showing, or in the nine hours between 11pm and your first coffee.

  • 11:04 PM

A portal lead lands while you're asleep. By the time you see it, they've filled out three more forms and somebody else called first.

  • Mid-showing

Your phone rings with a buyer standing in front of one of your signs. You can't take it, they don't leave a voicemail, and you never learn who it was.

  • Attempt two

Follow-up quietly stops after the second try — not because you gave up, but because the day filled in and nothing was there to keep going.

None of this needs a bigger team. It needs something that picks up on the second ring at midnight, and keeps following up long after the day got away from you.

What Actually Happens

It answers, it says what it is, and it writes everything down.

Every call is transcribed and summarized into the fields you'd have asked for anyway — budget, financing, timeline, and what they actually want. The disclosure is the first line, not the fine print.

  • Identifies itself as an AI on every call
  • Captures budget, timeline and intent in their words
  • Books straight into your calendar
  • Texts you the summary while they're still on the line
  • Transfers to you on request — no loops, no dead ends

AI assistants are disclosed as AI to callers and are configured to hand off to you on request. Voice service requires a dedicated business phone number we provision, and carrier and per-minute usage costs are billed at cost. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, or closings — results depend on your market, your pricing, and your follow-through. Screens and transcripts shown on this page are illustrative examples, not recordings of real calls.

How It Works

You approve every word before it takes a single call.

This is the same stack we run on our own business — the phone you'd call, the reply you'd get, the dashboard we watch.

  1. 01Days 1–3

    We learn your business

Your listings, your service area, your pricing, your commission structure, and the questions you're tired of answering. You also tell us what it must never say — those become hard rules, not suggestions.

  2. 02Days 3–7

    We script the calls

How it greets people, how it discloses that it's an AI, what it qualifies for, when it books, and the exact moments it stops and hands the caller to you. Nothing goes live until you've signed off on the script.

  3. 03Week 2

    Test line first

We provision a number and you call it yourself — as many times as you like, including deliberately trying to break it. We tune the answers until you'd be comfortable with your best client on the other end.

  4. 04Week 2–3

    Go live

Forward your existing number to it or publish the new one — your call, and you can do it after-hours only at first. Alerts, transcripts, calendar, and CRM handoff switch on together, and we keep tuning it every month.

Timelines are typical, not guaranteed. Number provisioning, carrier verification, and CRM access all move the date. Most of the corrections happen in the first two weeks live — that's expected, and it's included.

Plans

Flat monthly. Usage passed through at cost, not marked up.

Start where the leak is. You can move up a tier once you've heard what it catches — most people do it in the other order and regret the wasted month.

Prices are starting anchors, not a quote. Phone numbers, carrier fees, and per-minute voice and AI usage are passed through at cost on top of the subscription, itemized on every invoice — we'll estimate them against your actual call volume before you start. Month-to-month; no long-term contract.

Questions

The ones worth asking before you point your phone at it.

Does it sound human — and do you tell callers it's AI?

It sounds natural, and yes, it says what it is. Every agent we deploy identifies itself as an AI assistant on the call and hands off to a person the moment someone asks for one. We won't build one that pretends to be a human being — not as a setting, not as a favor, not for anyone.

What happens if it can't answer something?

It says so instead of guessing. It's scoped to what you've approved, and anything outside that — legal questions, contract terms, pricing exceptions, a property it has no data on — triggers a transfer to you or a message it texts you immediately. "I don't know, let me get the agent" is a correct answer in this system, not a failure.

Do I get a new phone number, or keep mine?

Either. Most people start with a dedicated line we provision and put it on ads and signs, so they can see exactly what it's catching without touching their main number. When you're comfortable, you can forward your existing number to it — during showings only, after hours only, or always. You keep your number either way.

What does it cost beyond the subscription?

The phone number, carrier fees, and per-minute voice and AI usage. Those are billed at cost, itemized on your invoice, with no markup from us. We estimate them against your real call volume before you start, so the first invoice isn't a surprise.

Does it work with my CRM?

If your CRM has an API, accepts inbound webhooks, or parses lead emails — which covers most of the common ones — then yes: leads, transcripts, and call outcomes land in it automatically. If yours doesn't, we'll tell you on the call rather than after you've paid, and we'll set up a structured email or sheet sync instead.

Can it book showings?

Yes, on Front Desk and up. It reads your real availability, offers only slots you'd actually take, books it, texts the confirmation, and puts it on your calendar with the caller's details attached. You set the rules — buffer time, service area, minimum notice, and whether it should only book buyers who say they're pre-approved.

What if it says something wrong?

You get every transcript, so you'll see it and so will we. Corrections go into its instructions and take effect on the next call, not the next release. It's limited to information you've approved, it doesn't negotiate, it doesn't give legal or lending advice, and fair-housing-sensitive questions are refused and routed to you rather than answered.

How is this different from an answering service?

An answering service takes a message. This answers the question, checks your calendar, books the appointment, texts you the summary while the caller is still on the line, and follows up tomorrow if they go quiet — at 11pm on a Sunday, in the same voice, for a flat monthly fee.

Tell us your call volume and where your leads come from and we'll say which tier fits — including when the honest answer is that you don't need the voice agent yet.
