Client Apps & Onboarding

Give every client an app that makes you look unforgettable

A branded app for your buyers and sellers — onboarding, milestones, documents, and updates in one place. Most agents send a group text. You hand them an app with their name on it.

What are you after?

No commitment — this just starts the conversation.

The Part Nobody Builds

The offer gets accepted. Then everything goes quiet.

Clients don't remember how well you negotiated. They remember the four weeks after it — when they had no idea what was happening and felt rude asking again.

  • The group text

Inspection dates, lender requests, and the wire instructions all buried in a thread with two hundred messages and no way to search it.

  • The PDF attachment

Disclosures and checklists sent as attachments nobody can open properly on a phone — re-sent twice, signed late, chased by you.

  • “Any update?”

The question clients ask because the alternative is silence. It's also the moment they start wondering whether you're on top of this.

A client app doesn't close the deal faster. It removes the stretch of the deal that makes clients doubt you — and it's the thing they hand their phone to a friend to show.

Your Side Of It

Clients get the app. You get the board behind it.

Every deal you have open on one screen — what stage it's in, what document is missing, and who hasn't opened your last update. You stop reconstructing the week from your text messages.

  • Every active deal with its current stage
  • Documents outstanding, per client
  • Who's read your last update — and who hasn't
  • Change a milestone once; app, email and push all fire

What Your Clients Get

The part of the deal clients actually remember — the part nobody builds.

  • Branded onboarding flow with your logo and colors
  • Live transaction milestones from offer to closing
  • Secure document upload and checklist
  • Push and email updates on every status change
  • Saved home search with new-listing alerts
  • Referral and review prompt at closing
  • Your photo, bio and one-tap call/text on every screen
  • Installs to the home screen — no app-store download needed

Timelines depend on scope and how quickly we get your branding, content, and any MLS or CRM access. Home-screen install ships with every build; native App Store and Google Play submission is available as an add-on and is subject to each store's review. IDX/MLS data requires your MLS membership and board approval. Screens shown on this page are illustrative product UI, not screenshots of client work.

How It Works

Four steps, and about two hours of your time.

You're not being handed a builder and wished luck. We build it, you review it twice, then it's yours.

  1. 01Week 1

    Brand intake

One call and a short form: logo, colors, headshot, bio, and how you actually run a transaction. If you have brand files we use them. If you don't, we build a clean set with you.

  2. 02Week 1–2

    We map your journey

Your milestones, your document checklist, your language — buyer side, seller side, or both. You approve a clickable mockup before a line of production code is written.

  3. 03Week 2–4

    Build & connect

We build it on your domain and connect what you already use — calendar, e-sign, CRM. If you want IDX/MLS listings, we start the board-approval paperwork here because it's the long pole.

  4. 04Week 4–6

    Launch & onboard

You get a link and a QR card to hand clients; it installs to their home screen in one tap. We stay on for hosting, updates, and support, and we're the ones your client emails when something breaks.

Timelines are typical, not guaranteed. Scope, MLS board approvals, and how quickly we get your branding and content all move the date, and brokerage platforms run longer. We'd rather tell you week six and hit it than promise week two.

Plans

A build fee, then a flat monthly. Never per client.

Pick a starting point and we'll confirm the real scope on the call. Every plan includes hosting, updates, security patches, and support.

Branded Client App

From

$4,500 + $199/mo

Best for top producers whose brand should feel like a company, not a business card

  • Everything in Client Portal, plus:
  • Fully custom design in your brand
  • Push notifications to your clients' phones
  • Saved home search with new-listing alerts
  • Referral & review prompt at closing
  • Your photo, bio, and one-tap call/text throughout
  • Optional native App Store & Google Play submission

Brokerage Platform

Quote

Best for teams and brokerages who want one client experience across every agent

  • Everything in Branded, plus:
  • Multi-agent accounts with roles & permissions
  • Brokerage-level branding with per-agent profiles
  • CRM & transaction-management integrations
  • Admin dashboard across every active deal
  • Onboarding & training for your agents

Prices are starting anchors for typical scope, not a quote. The monthly covers hosting, maintenance, security updates, and support — third-party services you choose to add (e-sign, IDX/MLS data feeds, SMS) are billed at cost. Month-to-month after the build; no long-term contract.

Questions

The things agents actually ask us.

Do my clients download it from the App Store?

Not by default. Every build installs to the home screen in one tap from a link or QR code — it opens full-screen with your icon and behaves like an app, and it's live the day we launch. Native App Store and Google Play submission is available as an add-on; both stores review on their own schedule and against their own rules, so neither approval nor a date is something we can promise you.

Is it my brand or yours?

Yours. Your name, your logo, your colors, your domain, your headshot and bio. There is no ReelEstate badge anywhere in the client experience. We're the people who build and maintain it — not a brand your clients ever see.

What happens to my client data?

It stays yours. It lives in your app's database, we don't sell it or use it for anything except running your app, and you can request a full export at any time. Documents are stored encrypted, and access is limited to you, your client, and anyone you explicitly invite to that transaction.

Can it show MLS listings?

Yes, with conditions that aren't ours. IDX/MLS display requires your active MLS membership and written approval from your local board, plus compliance with their display rules. We handle the technical integration and build to whatever rules they hand down — but the membership and the approval have to be in your name, and their timeline is theirs.

What if I leave?

You keep your domain, your content, and a full export of your client data. It's month-to-month after the build, so you can stop whenever. The hosted app goes offline when the subscription ends — we get you your export before that happens, not after.

Does it work for sellers too?

Yes. Seller journeys run on the same system with a different set of milestones — pre-list prep, photo and video day, launch, showing feedback, offers, and closing. Most agents launch both and choose which journey a client sees when they onboard them.

Can my whole team use it?

That's the Brokerage Platform tier: multi-agent accounts with roles and permissions, brokerage-level branding with per-agent profiles, and an admin view across every deal in the office. The Portal and Branded plans are licensed to a single agent.

What does this actually take from me?

About two hours in total — a kickoff call, one round of feedback on the mockup, and a short review before launch. After that, updating a client's milestone is one tap. If you want us to run the updates for you on active deals, that's a service add-on we'll quote.

Not sure which tier fits? Tell us how many deals you carry at once and we'll tell you which one makes sense — including when the honest answer is to start with the Portal.
